T3 Transit

All Walk-in Clinics have a rule to be there 1 hour before it opens. Not only is it impossible to get to these Clinics at 7am by Bus. You can't get to all of them because there is no bus that takes you to some. Also some of the Clinics are open on Saturday and Sunday. Also No bus is available to most Clinics. I tried to go online to the virtual meeting and could not. I* tried to send a message to T3 but was unable to. We need more busses and more routes and more running times. Also the schedules for all T3 routes are not posted on the Shelters. For example Walmart is a constant?

Outside of the two drivers…William O’Neill and the one who wears a thick white N45 mask the system is getting better each day.
The two aforementioned are absolutely the rudest least welcoming drivers I have ever met! Just rude and to everyone! Never a smile never a hello never answer questions and appear to love to intimidate people!

The worst bus system I have ever used. Buses are late or don’t show at the scheduled time. Bus drivers are extremely rude.

Drivers need to slow down. Kids waiting for school busses in the morning and their drivers are flying through 40 zones doing 70 with kids everywhere. If they can't keep up with their schedules, perhaps it's time for more busses?

Things have improved a lot over the years. I'm grateful for the service. Of course, I hope for routes to improve and frequency to increase as ridership rises

Bus 2 unit 213 gave me the worst experience in my life. Bus driver was so rude, I'm new in town and I wanted to meet the neighborhood by bus, big mistake, he got angry because I didn't know how to answer when he asked me where I wanted to go. My English is not the best and I felt nervous because of his insist, he made me feel like an idiot and he dropped me off where he wished because it was the last trip of the day.

Seriously? Can you guys guys stop leaving leaving the bus early? If you cannot reach the bus stops on time at least leave the first stop on time? Why on earth would you leave early? Do these drivers even have common sense to realize that we are missing our buses because of them leaving early besides being late everywhere because they are always late. Like we have places to places to be and its not like we are going for groceries always and we can go whenever we like. Even third world countries have better bus services like come on!

Take the transit to Summerside once a month and return, great drivers always up for a conversation, clean rides.

If you live and are only traveling in and around Charlottetown, Great. However, try getting from Stratford to Cornwall. Or Stratford to town and back. Not impossible, but improbable of getting where you are going on time. Or within a timeframe that doesn't have you either having to go 2 hours earlier then needed because if you don't the next bus is 2 hours after you need to be at your destination. Or getting from A-B wait an hour or two for your transfer, still end up having to walk a distance which is fine unless it's pouring rain, frigid cold, or humidex so high people are nearly dehydrated or passing out. (Extra fun when you are traveling with children!) Charlottetown seems to have non stop buses, every 15 minutes, every 30 minutes some places. You are running to catch a bus in Stratford because if you miss it, there isn't another for 2 hours. Also the bus Stops need to be in more populated places. Like near the 4 story buildings? Not on the side of Mason Rd/ Kinlock Rd / Stratford Rd. I get that they are " main areas" but buildings 3-4 story's high are full of seniors and people with small children. They need transportation closer to where they live.

Bought ticket online for Cavendish route. Bus did not stop and pick me up.
Also left one day 5 minutes early from Charlottetown and left without me.

Works pretty well, but just a very few rides a day. BUT THE BUSES ARE WAY TO COLD! We almost froze to death
But would recommend anyways cause they cost just 2$

I travel the rural route from Souris to Charlottetown and return Monday to Friday. I have nothing but good things to say about the system. Our regular driver Marla and the releif drivers go out of their way to make sure we get where we are going on time.

Inconsistent and buses haven’t shown up several times it’s annoying to use when you’re working. There’s also very limited times for Stratford-Charlottetown. Options Around 8am 12pm or 4pm. No mid day 10/11am service. No mid afternoon like 2pm. No Stratford-Charlottetown for past 6: 30pm
The capital city of a province should have better transit than this.

When the service runs smoothly it's fantastic, but there are some extremely serious problems with posted times sometimes being discontinued but the signs don't reflect that. So I've waited sometimes upwards of a half an hour to an hour for service. Totally preventable. Also, there is NO support to customers. Just a phone number that endlessly takes messages and I'm assuming deletes them without even listening.

I wish that I could give a lower rating. Have never experienced such unreliable and inconsistent public transportation.
Routes and times shown online are inaccurate, they skip whatever stops they feel like and take different routes constantly.

It's getting better. More services and now the adult monthly pass is only 20 dollars.

The worst bus service ever since started. Bus is never on time. Sometimes comes in 5 minutes earlier and comes late for more than 30 minutes. Also, you’re standing at bus stop and you’ll see 3 bus going from opposite side, but none will come from yours. Bus driver are very rude and specially one driver with dark glass Doesn’t stop at bus stop. He shouldn’t get hired by any transportation agency. I would not recommend to travel with buses, you will never reach at work on time. NEVER.

The provincial government doesn’t do anything about. Don’t care about public.

Terrible. They don’t keep to times and they don’t wait for passengers at the time they are supposed to be there on the schedule.

Ridiculous bus system. Drivers do whatever they want with little regard for the students.

They promised a tracking system back in 2017, and had three municipalities chip in $47,000 EACH. WHERE IS THE TRACKING
